Mr. Richard Campbell-Breeden

Founder of Omershorn Capital Advisors. Mr. Campbell-Breeden has over 30 years of investment banking and mergers & acquisitions related experience, having served as the Vice Chairman, Investment Banking Asia Pacific Ex-Japan APEJ, Managing Director / Head of Mergers & Acquisitions for Asia Ex-Japan, and Co-head of European Financial Sponsors Group and Advisory Director at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Campbell-Breeden serves as a Director of Julius Bear Group where he is Chair of the Nominations and Compensation Committee and a member of the Risk and Governance Committee. Mr. Campbell-Breeden holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
