Clay Smith
General Counsel & Secretary
Clay Smith joined ADA Carbon Solutions in 2014 and currently serves as Interim General Counsel & Secretary. Throughout his tenure at ADES, he’s assumed roles of increasing scope and responsibility, most recently serving as Assistant General Counsel.
Prior to joining ADA, Clay was an Associate at Troutman Sanders, LLP for 6 years where his practice was focused on the infrastructure, telecom, and construction industries.
Clay has a B.A. in History from Colby College and a J.D. in Law from Tulane University.
