Deke joined Arq in 2023. He has more than 20 years of industrial manufacturing experience. Prior to joining Arq, Deke held various positions at Hi-Crush, Inc. and was previously the plant manager at Southeast Missouri Stone. Deke holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
