Clay joined Arq’s portfolio of companies in 2014 and previously served as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining Arq, Clay was an Associate at Troutman Sanders, LLP for 6 years where his practice was focused on the infrastructure, telecom, and construction industries. Clay has a B.A. in History from Colby College and a J.D. in Law from Tulane University.
