Shimon Steinmetz

Shimon joined Arq as Chief Financial Officer in 2026. Prior to joining Arq, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Vesta and Finjan Holdings, where he helped guide the company through its transition to a publicly listed entity. Shimon brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and operational leadership across public and private companies. Earlier in his career, he held investment banking positions with Salomon Smith Barney and Goldman Sachs. Shimon is experienced in all aspects of public company financial leadership, including SEC reporting, SOX compliance, capital markets, investor relations, and strategic planning. Shimon holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
