Peter Owino

Peter joined Arq as Chief Accounting Officer in 2026. Prior to joining Arq, he served as the Company’s Interim Chief Accounting Officer through Princeton Business Consulting, LLC. Previously, Peter was Corporate Controller at Colliers Engineering & Design and Chief Accounting Officer at Merchant e-Solutions. Earlier in his career, he held accounting and finance leadership positions with KPMG, Finjan Holdings, Deloitte & Touche, and Ernst & Young. Peter has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and SOX compliance across public and private companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Kenyatta University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
