Jay joined Arq as Chief Financial Officer in April 2025. A veteran finance executive with over 35 years of leadership experience, he brings proven expertise as a CFO guiding transformational growth. Mr. Voncannon most recently served as CFO of CoorsTek, Inc., a multibillion-dollar, privately held global manufacturer of advanced engineered ceramic products serving industries including semiconductors, defense & aerospace, automotive, and energy & chemicals. At CoorsTek, he led a pivotal expansion, significantly improving profitability and driving substantial market share growth. Previously, Mr. Voncannon spent over 20 years as a senior finance executive at Koch Industries and its affiliates.
